10 things I am thankful for

  1. I am alive, active, and Covid-free
  2. My support system has grown over the past 27 months
  3. The medication I am taking works without side-effects
  4. I can pay my bills and order out when I want
  5. There is not a day that I do not learn something new
  6. My family is supportive, kind and available
  7. When I am at my day job, there is a lot of time to teach and mentor
  8. In the mornings, I can sit on my front porch drinking coffee and watch nature
  9. This year, I had a small crop of apples on the trees that I planted
  10. I am giving back to the group that has given me many of the tools I use daily to lead a balanced life with depression
